The Boa Vista Island wind farm began injecting power into the grid in March 2012 and was inaugurated on April 20 of the same year.

It is located in the northwestern part of the island, in the region of Morro da Vigia - Ponta do Sol. This park occupies about 18 hectares of land and contains 3 turbines, having an installed capacity of 2.55 MW.

It is the smallest park of the 4 that Cabeólica owns with a maximum daily generation capacity of 61.2 MWh. In February 2017 it reached a record daily generation - 47.89 MWh.
