Since 2013, the Company has maintained its environmental education program in schools and local communities that aims to promote local environmental awareness about the need to conserve local species and the importance of renewable energy in general. This initiative is in line with efforts to promote the recovery of bird species populations on Boa Vista andto reduce GHG emissions..

This environmental program has a different theme each year in order to activate the students' interest and address the different concerns related to the island's birdlife.
